Mission Eklawye is a 6-month Leadership & Community Development Apprenticeship Program.

Selected apprentices will receive training in:

• Leadership Development

• Communication Skills

• Team Management

• Digital Education

• CSC/VLE Coordination

• Student Counseling

• Parent Communication

• Community Outreach

• Digital Marketing Basics

• Field Project Execution

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with CSC/VLE centers.

• Guide students and parents about Mission Eklawye.

• Work in a team of 5 members under a Team Leader.

• Participate in weekly training sessions.

• Achieve learning and project milestones.

• Maintain ethical and professional conduct.

Outstanding performers will receive certificates, performance-based rewards, leadership opportunities, and future career growth within the Durdharsh Ecosystem.
